1. Are you happy?

Overall yes. There are always small things to tweak, but I am happy.

2. Why are you and/or are you not happy?

I'm generally satisfied with my job. I'm not sure how long I'll be here, but I have no plans to leave anytime soon. Once I have a family my priorities will change, but I don't know where my job falls on that list yet.

3. What are 3 things you've done in the last, lets say, year (or so) to better yourself?

The biggest change has obviously been my health. I've changed not only my diet, but also my activity level. I never knew I had the potential for so much energy. It's really amazing how good you feel about yourself and everything you do when you're healthy.

I don't use credit cards anymore. I can count on two fingers the times I've used a credit card in the past year, and I haven't used one at all in the past six months. I'm paying them all off over the next two years, and then "Hello house-building!"

I've been trying to feed my muse lately and research a wide variety of subjects. Whenever I get the urge to know more about something, I look it up. Wikipedia is my best friend. I've also continued my knitting, tried archery and golf, and recently taken up playing the bass guitar.

4. What are 3 things you could improve upon?

Remember my self-confidence in all situations. "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough...and gosh darn it, people like me!"

Keep in better touch with my friends and family. (Indeed, Nick)

Finish organizing my home. I stopped when I thought I might build a house, but since that's a few years out, I need to get shelves and storage going again.

5. What are 3 things you like about yourself?

My personality, compassionate nature, and curiosity.

6. What are 3 things that you dislike about yourself?

I don't like when I: procrastinate, hesitate, or talk before I've fully evaluated a situation.

7. What can you do to change or improve the things you dislike about yourself?

Many things can be solved by "just doing it." This seems contradictory to the statement that I sometimes "talk before I've fully evaluated a situation," but this means I act out of fear, anger, or some other negative emotion. If I let my intuition act, I'm in a more focused state of mind and can think more clearly.

8. Give yourself an achievable goal.

Reach my goal size and maintain it.

9. What are steps you can take to achieve this goal.

Make good choices daily, don't be afraid to ask for help when I need it, and keep family and friends involved in my life.
